OK, so the red carpet at the Crunchies Awards ceremony might not be quite so glamorous as the Oscars. They might be missing the likes of Brad and Angelina (although I’m probably not the only girl who would get just as excited to catch a glimpse of Tim Ferriss in a tux) but the talent and tech of the nominated companies is well worth checking out.
If you need any more proof that these awards are a great indicator of current hot tech trends, then consider the fact that the winner for Best Startup last year was none other than the social media giant Facebook. Twitter was the runner up.
