Working With Us

How We Work

Every project starts with a full consultation to make sure that our services will fit your needs.  We like to get to know who we are working with, and tailor our services to your specific requirements.

Once we have agreed upon a project, we will send you a Client Questionaire so that we have all the key information stored in one central place.

We will also send you a Client Contract to sign.  This is a modified Work for Hire contract, that protects both your privacy and our work.  It’s not a big complicated legal document, but gives us both peace of mind of a professional working relationship.  If you have any questions, we will be happy to talk you through the contract.

The final document that you will get will be a quote or invoice, itemizing the work that we will be carrying out and what you will be paying.

Reports

We provide easy to understand reports for each project. These vary depending on the work, but we try to keep them as useful and clear as possible.

Reports are sent in PDF format, either monthly or at the end of a project.

*If you require more frequent updates, reports and/or weekly consultations that is no problem, however these will have to be agreed on in advance, so that we can account for the time. *

Payments

You will always have a clear idea of the budget before the project starts, and there are no hidden charges.

We accept payments by credit card via Paypal, or UK clients can pay by Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit.   Invoices are sent at the start of each month and must be paid before work will be carried out.

Late payments seriously compromise our ability to give value to our clients as chasing overdue invoices robs us of time that could be spent on other client projects.  As such, delinquent accounts will be passed to collection agencies if we do not hear from you regarding a late payment.

We understand that sometimes unforseen circumstances arise, and would much rather work with you to arrange a payment plan than pass your invoices to a third party.

What we Don’t Promise

While we are good at our jobs, unfortunately we can’t promise miracles.

We are confident that you WILL get benefit and results from our services, but unlike other companies, we will never make claims to get you on page 1 of Google, find you hundreds of fans or create you a viral video that will become a hit on YouTube catapulting your business into overnight success.  These results are possible, but are usually dependant on either 1) a huge budget or 2) luck.

We feel that we need to make this clear, as too many greedy companies have made ridiculous claims like these to entice people to sign up before disappointing them.

We focus on improvement, measurable metrics and feedback from our clients about their sales or positive responses.

We are selective with our clients and try to always work with people who we believe will genuinely benefit from our services.  I am happy to say that over 90% of my clients re-hire us for other work.
