If you're going to be awful, at least be harmlessly awful. That reviewer could have a very valid legal case against Alice Hoffman for giving out her details. I'm with you on this one. Some people will hate anyone's work. Shakespeare has some one star reviews on Amazon. It'll happen to every writer no matter how great. Focus on the good reviews and the constructive criticism and just let everyone else be.
